Preschool Registration

Salem Preschool is only open to Salem, NH residents.

  • Registration is again only open to Salem residents. 
  • Your child must be 3 years old by September 30th for preschool registration.  
  • Children must be potty trained (no pull-ups, no exceptions). 
  • We do not accept request for sessions or classroom teachers. 
  • Registration is time stamped, sessions are granted according to our log and availability, no special request, no exceptions.

  • All applicants MUST complete this form prior to be considered for Salem Preschool enrollment. Do NOT complete the Salem K-12 enrollment forms prior to getting approval from Salem Preschool administration.
